Hi friends!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We enjoyed the day relaxing with our small family of four since we don’t have any family nearby. I made a special Christmas brunch, we opened presents and laid around the rest of the day.

Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale
runs from Dec. 26 – Jan. 2
I love the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale (s) because you can find some of the best designer items you wanted when they first came out but didn’t want to splurge on, or discounted items in general that usually never go on sale. Also, Nordstrom always offers FREE SHIPPING, their customer service is amongst the best out there and if you need to return anything, it’s too easy.
I’ve rounded up a few items from several categories, however when I shop for myself, my focus is on jeans, shoes, pajamas and occasionally tops or sweaters.
JEANS & DENIM
This is a great time to shop designer denim. A few of my favorites are Joe’s Jeans, Madewell, Levi’s and all ship for FREE.
PAJAMAS & LOUNGE
I always like to shop their lounge wear during these sales because I’m not one to pay a ton of money for my comfy clothes. I usually stick to Target
(which is currently up to 50% off by the way) or a similarly priced retailer for those pieces but if I find a good deal on cute and cozy tops and bottoms, this is the time I grab it.
SHOES
Most of these shoes NEVER go on sale until now, which is the end of the season. They are usually classics though and will stay in style year after year.

If I have a friend or family member that I know I’ll be needing a birthday gift for in the next couple of months, I like to grab something during this sale to save and gift later. Gorjana is one of my favorites because they have delicate, dainty pieces.

I’m not very familiar with a lot of the beauty brands on sale, however I use and love Clinique. Their products are gentle on my sensitive skin which I love.
